Learning to read takes a lot of practice - I created Dash to close the practice gap.
From Idea to Prototype: Participating in REV Ithaca Startup Works three accelerators helped me create what I envisioned to help children learn to read.
Validated with 45 Students during k/1 intervention settings.

Teacher, mother of three turned inventor and founder of Monty & Friends Literacy Club. Her first product to market is Dash the Dinosaur.
Angela has a passion for changing the future for all children. She wants to change the early learning landscape so no child gets left behind.
Teacher since 1999; with a core belief "All children can learn how to read"
Seen first hand how students stuggle emotionally and acedemically when not reading on grade level.
Driven to create systems to support families and schools to make learning to read fun through play.
